East coast wedding photographer & storyteller

MEET CLAIRE

My love for photography began with my mom’s shoeboxes full of 4x6 prints. I’d flip through them for hours, each photo transporting me to another time—a small, powerful window into a moment, a feeling, a story. That experience lit a spark in me: the desire to create timeless keepsakes for others.

When I photograph a wedding, I’m thinking decades ahead. I imagine you sitting down together—10, 20, 30 years from now—reliving your day through these images. What will you feel? What will you want to remember? That vision guides every frame I take. Because your story deserves to be more than documented—it deserves to be felt all over again.

Before wedding photography, my world revolved around architecture and design. I spent years bringing architectural visions to life through computer-generated imagery and visual storytelling. That background shaped the way I see the world—and now, I bring that same artistic eye to documenting weddings filled with beauty, emotion, and intention.

I’m endlessly inspired by in-love couples, thoughtful details, and the raw, unscripted moments of a wedding day. But when a venue itself is a work of art—like a historic estate, a coastal home, or a place with rich texture and character—that’s when my creativity soars. Blending stunning backdrops with heartfelt connection is where my artistry shines brightest.

My Mission

the passion behind my work

Photography isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about noticing the small, powerful moments that might otherwise slip by—the quiet glances, the full-body laughter, the way it felt to be surrounded by the people who matter most.

These images aren’t just something to look at. They’re how you’ll remember. They become part of the story you’ll carry with you—marking beginnings, holding meaning, and capturing joy in its truest form. Some will stir deep nostalgia. Others will ground you in everything that’s still unfolding.

My purpose is to create photographs that bring you back—not just to what happened, but to how it felt. The ones that make you smile years from now. That make you pause and say, “This. This was us.”

Your wedding isn’t meant to follow a script. It’s meant to reflect you—your love, your values, your people. And that’s exactly what I’m here to honor. Through honest, artful imagery, I’ll help preserve the beauty of your story in a way that’s intimate, timeless, and deeply personal.

Your wedding day should feel like you—not just a celebration, but a reflection of your relationship. That’s why I take time to connect with each couple before the day arrives.

Most packages include an engagement session, plus thoughtful questionnaires, so I can get to know your dynamic—how you laugh, what grounds you, and the quiet ways you show love. That connection allows me to guide you naturally and photograph you in a way that feels effortless and true.

I’m not just capturing moments—I’m preserving the way your love felt. And when you feel seen and comfortable, your photos will reflect exactly that.

How I Connect With Couples

"...We were incredibly fortunate to find Claire early on in the chaotic process that is wedding planning! Immediately, Claire's style really came to light when she spent the afternoon with us for our engagement photoshoot. As others have said, Claire is incredible at making you feel so comfortable and relaxed, and again to top it all off, the photos were absolutely stunning! Claire's attention to detail and vision were so helpful for us as we were working through the timeline for our wedding day - she kept us on track and made sure we got the photos we wanted all while keeping us stress-free..."

When I’m not capturing love stories, you’ll find me with Hunter—my husband!—fully immersed in the beautiful calm of newlywed life.

I’m always dreaming up creative projects, from someday opening my own wedding venue to exploring new places around the world. When I need to slow down, you’ll catch me cozying up with a good movie or TV binge or picking up granny hobbies like baking, crocheting, or making puzzles.

I love savoring life’s little joys while chasing big dreams—finding balance between everyday moments and the exciting possibilities ahead.
