Ty + Lex's Wedding Day: A European Inspired Intimate Wedding

In October, I had the honor of capturing a truly dreamy wedding day for Ty and Lex. This was particularly special for me because it was a family wedding – my boyfriend's brother's and sister-in-laws big day. Needless to say, it held a deep significance for me. I had the pleasure of documenting all the beautiful moments leading up to the wedding, including Lex's bridal shower, engagements, bachelorette party in Nashville, and the rehearsal dinner. It was a privilege that has inspired me to capture every precious moment for all my clients.

The wedding took place at a stunning house nestled within the Lauxmont Farms property. The house itself had an enchanting European charm that seemed straight out of a fairytale. Before the big day, Ty and Lex exchanged heartfelt vows next to the venue, during a sweet and intimate moment. It was a beautiful precursor to the main event.

On the wedding day, the couple had plenty of time to prepare and simply enjoy each other's company with their close friends and family. The weather was absolutely perfect, with the sun shining brightly. We took some breathtaking portraits of them individually all dolled up. The ceremony itself took place in front of a magnificent castle-like building. Lex's stepfather officiated the wedding, adding an extra layer of personal touch and intimacy to the occasion.

As they had chosen a smaller guest count of around 75 attendees, the atmosphere was perfectly intimate. During the cocktail hour, we took more stunning portraits of Ty, Lex, their families, and the wedding party. Then came the reception – a time of celebration, laughter, and joy. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, the couple opted for a unique champagne tower, perfectly suiting their personalities.

The speeches given by Ty's brother, Hunter, and Lex's sister, Victoria, were nothing short of amazing. They managed to weave together humor and sentimentality, creating a truly memorable experience for everyone present. We enjoyed delectable food, cherished the warmth of companionship, and danced the night away.

During a brief respite from the festivities, Ty and Lex stepped out into the golden hour light to capture some mesmerizing portraits. The ethereal glow around them perfectly encapsulated the magic of their love. This wedding was an extraordinary experience for me as a photographer. The beauty of the day surpassed even my wildest imagination.
